Integration Operations Specialist for MuleSoft platform

Coloplast, one of the world's leading med-tech companies, just launched a new 5-year strategy called Impact4. The strategy includes significant investments into two new transformational technology programs aimed at delivering next-level user experiences for chronic patients and driving up scalability within global manufacturing.

Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end solutions
You will be based in Denmark and join our Integration team with 9 colleagues of 5 different nationalities working to keep Coloplast at the forefront of integration standards. It is a trustful and well-functioning team, where one of our most important strengths is that you can run with your ideas and see them through within a short time frame.

As our new integration operations specialist, you will ensure different systems and platforms work together seamlessly by designing, implementing, and maintaining integration solutions, troubleshooting issues, and providing ongoing technical support to users and stakeholders. This role is crucial for our organization's operational efficiency by facilitating smooth data flow and process execution between various technological tools and applications, such as APIs, middleware, and cloud services. Doing so, you will e.g. work on MuleSoft, which is our strategic iPaaS to provide new integration capabilities.

Specifically, you will:

• Collaborate with the team, architects, specialists and other colleagues from different teams to discuss and provide best technical support to our users and stakeholders
• Oversee and maintain integrated solutions to guarantee their ongoing performance and reliability
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to integrated systems to ensure they function correctly and efficiently
• Ensure best practice through the right processes, documentations and capabilities
• Adherence to SLAs
• Coordinate development with developers and external partners

Good communicator with solid integration experience 
You have great communication skills, and you enjoy collaborating with teams at different levels in the organisation – while also being able to act independently. In that context, you thrive when working on solving problems and using your technical insights as well as a structured and organized approach as part of the team.

Finally, you have a holistic approach and can easily overview and understand a system landscape, and you:

• Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or similar and have a natural interest in the latest integration technologies
• Have experience in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to integrated systems to ensure they function correctly and efficiently
• Have experience in setting up monitoring
• Have experience in various integrations patterns including event-driven architecture
• Are keen to work with MuleSoft APIs, EDIs, RAML, MFT, Event Driven Architecture (HiveMQ)
