My client is a global leader in 3D visualization and product design software, empowering companies across industries to create, render, and collaborate on high-quality visual assets with unmatched speed and precision.

They are looking for a dynamic and strategic Director, People & Culture to play a pivotal role in shaping the company culture and people strategy as they continue to scale. This is a senior leadership position combining strategic foresight with hands-on execution to ensure their people, culture, and processes evolve in step with the company's growth and ambitions.

The P&C Director will work closely with the CEO & CFO and leadership team to build and scale a modern People & Culture function that supports business performance, fosters engagement, and strengthens values.

The role:

  • Define and execute a global People & Culture strategy aligned with business growth and values.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and go-to person for leaders and employees across all people-related topics.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define competence needs and streamline recruitment processes.
  • Own and continuously improve the company's HRIS system (HiBob) to ensure smooth HR operations and data integrity.
  • Design and implement frameworks for performance management, learning, and career development that encourage growth, accountability, and empowerment.
  • Build scalable people processes that support structure and consistency during growth.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and HR compliance across multiple markets.
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition and employer branding strategies.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing company culture.
  • Lead initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, onboarding, and retention (including eNPS).
  • Partner with leadership on organizational design, succession planning, and change management.

You:

  • 8–12 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably within B2B SaaS or technology scale-ups.
  • Experience operating across multiple countries and understanding regional labor laws (Nordics and USA in particular).
  • Proven ability to design and deliver people strategies that support rapid business growth.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS systems.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Hands-on, pragmatic, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
