At Shark Gaming Systems A/S we're looking for a Operational CMO / Head of Marketing to join our team.

Shark Gaming builds and delivers some of the most powerful and reliable gaming PCs in Scandinavia. With more than 15 years in the market and a strong position across Denmark, Sweden, and Norway, we're now strengthening our marketing team with a hands-on, data-driven Operational CMO
.

This role is perfect for someone who comes from 
performance marketing, growth, CRM, or data-driven e-commerce
 and is ready to take the next step into leading a small team and owning the full marketing engine.

This is not a corporate "strategy only" CMO job.

This is a 
roll-up-your-sleeves
, day-to-day 
execution
 role where you'll have a big commercial impact.

What You'll Do

  • Run and optimize our performance marketing setup across channels
  • Own CAC and CLV — and improve them through data, testing, and smarter execution
  • Lead a small team (performance, SoMe, content) and keep everyone focused on results
  • Work closely with the CTO to implement our new 
    Customer Data Platform (CDP)
  • Build and maintain buyer personas based on real customer data
  • Own the full customer journey and make sure every touchpoint improves conversion
  • Manage the marketing budget with a strong focus on ROI
  • Drive retention using CRM, email flows, segmentation, and automation
  • Create clear dashboards, insights, and weekly reporting to guide decisions
  • Support campaigns and promotions with strong performance-focused execution

About You

You're someone who's spent years 
inside the dashboards
 — not someone who only presents slide decks. You understand how to grow an e-commerce business through data, content, testing, and well-run channels. You can lead a team but you're also comfortable doing the work yourself.

We imagine you have:

  • 5–10 years of experience in 
    performance marketing, growth, or data-driven e-commerce
  • Strong hands-on skills in paid advertising (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
  • Experience with CAC/CLV optimisation
  • Good understanding of analytics tools (GA4, Looker, PowerBI, etc.)
  • CRM experience (Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Experience with A/B testing, CRO, and improving on-site performance
  • Ability to lead a small, focused team and keep execution sharp
  • Fluent in English — and a Scandinavian language is a strong plus
