Identity Security team
Our team of experts includes professionals with diverse skill sets: engineers, consultants, architects, process specialists, and strategists. Together, we support our customers to prepare, initiate, develop and mature their IAM programs.

The role you can own if you join the team
As a consultant within IAM, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a supportive team to implement IAM Technologies and maintain customer solutions. We work with both people, processes & technologies and have a variety of challenging assignments that will develop your consultant skills, both if you seek technical challenges or prefer to be more on the business side as a business consultant.

Typical tasks could be:

• Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements, translating and re-designing these together with developers and architects.
• Coordinate tasks across internal and customer IT teams to ensure timely deliverables.
• Analyze and document IAM processes, data mappings, and user stories.
• Perform maturity analyses and create IAM strategies and roadmaps.
• Assess and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Perform Test and Release Management.

Your Potential Background
You can come with many backgrounds, whether you have a formal degree in business or IT, or hands-on experience in e.g. business strategy, project management, or risk analysis. If you have strong analytical skills, are a great communicator, and thrive in collaborative environments, we want to hear from you.

• You are able to translate complex concepts into actionable recommendations.
• You are highly motivated to learn.
• You can communicate clearly in English both orally and in writing.

While the following skills and experiences are a plus, they are not required—if you are motivated to learn and grow, we encourage you to apply

• Previous experience within Identity & Access Management, business consulting, strategy, risk management.
• Knowledge of IAM technologies, especially Entra ID Governance and SailPoint
• Project / task management experience
• Familiarity with process mapping, requirements analysis, regulatory compliance mapping

Due to the sensitivity in our assignments, we require Danish citizenship, citizenship in an EU country, or a Danish work permit.
