An exciting opportunity has arisen for Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Lantmännen Unibake team at our office in Copenhagen, Denmark.
This is what you will do
In this role, you'll lead end-to-end recruitment processes for our global head office while shaping the broader recruitment approach across our business units globally. You'll drive innovative sourcing strategies, elevate our selection processes, and equip hiring managers and TA experts globally with the tools they need to secure the very best candidates for our business. From strengthening our global employer brand to owning our TA tech stack, have influence in building a world-class organisation.
Primary areas of responsibility
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for the global head office in close collaboration with hiring managers and HR colleagues.
Deliver a positive experience for candidates at every stage of the hiring journey.
Build capability by training hiring managers in competency-based interviews and other recruitment tools and methodologies.
Own and optimize the TA tech stack to enhance efficiency, consistency, and quality in global recruitment processes.
Analyze global TA activities and KPIs on a quarterly basis and recommend continuous improvements.
Facilitate global TA meetings to share approaches, align on best practices, and address shared challenges.
Plan and deliver recruitment campaigns, including the annual Global Graduate campaign.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including partnerships with universities, schools, and participation in career fairs and related events.
Engage key stakeholders to secure a robust talent pipeline for Next Gen and senior-level roles.

This is what you need to succeed:

You have:

  • BSc or MSc in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition within an international organisation, preferably within the food industry
  • Experience working in a blue-chip production environment, hiring for both blue-collar and white-collar roles.
  • Hands-on experience managing full-cycle recruitment using a range of interview techniques, evaluation methods, and assessment tools.
  • Strong understanding of TA technologies incl. AI and up-to-date knowledge of social media recruitment practices.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute a variety of employer branding initiatives that strengthen talent attraction.
