Rollen som Jr. Key Account Manager kræver en kreativ og kommercielt stærk profil, der kan fortsætte rejsen mod at realisere det fulde potentiale hos vores kunder.
Som Key Account Manager bliver du en del af et dedikeret og samarbejdsorienteret salgsteam med direkte reference til vores Sales Manager. Du får stor frihed til at planlægge din egen arbejdsdag, og samtidig er der god støtte og sparring fra både din leder og dine kolleger.
Du vil samarbejde tæt med vores kommercielle, marketing-, logistik- og kundeserviceteams for at maksimere muligheder for procesforenkling og profitabel vækst gennem fælles strategiske planer.
Primære ansvarsområder og opgaver
- Får ansvar for dine egne kunder
- Støtter vores Key Account Managers og får indblik i strategisk kundearbejde
- Lærer at analysere data og spotte muligheder
- Er med til at skabe værdi – helt tæt på kunderne
- Bidrager aktivt til vores sikkerheds initiativer og hjælper med at styrke et fælles sikkerhedsmindset
- Tage ansvar for egne mål og levere til aftalte standarder, tidsfrister og adfærd i tråd med teamets og virksomhedens mål.
Kvalifikationer
- Har mod på at lære og tage ansvar
- Er nysgerrig, praktisk og klar til at tage fat
- Opsøger feedback aktivt og bruger den som et værktøj til at vokse
- Har lyst til at udvikle dig i en international virksomhed – i et tempo, der passer til dig
- Er god til mennesker og klar til at repræsentere ITW – også på messer og kundemøder
- Høj grad af selvstændighed og motivation.
- Gode skriftlige og mundtlige kommunikationsevner.
- Solidt kendskab til MS Office.
- Evne til at prioritere og eksekvere opgaver effektivt.
- Gyldigt kørekort.
