Senior Contracts and Procurement Advisor
to join our Procurement department and play a vital role in supporting sourcing demands across our organisation - from offshore operations and EPC projects to drilling, well engineering, and decommissioning.

Your impact

You will support the Head of Procurement and act as a key link between technical teams, suppliers, and management - ensuring our contracting and procurement activities are efficient, compliant, and value-driven.

You will:

• Lead sourcing and administration processes across contracts and procurement activities.
• Prepare invitations to tender, evaluate bids, negotiate terms, and drive contract execution.
• Develop and implement contracting and procurement strategies.
• Drive negotiations to secure the best possible deals and identify opportunities in existing contracts.
• Ensure full involvement of the Health and Safety function in all procurement processes.
• Review and draft contract terms and conditions, exhibits, amendments, and general clauses.
• Maintain clear audit trails and documentation for internal and external review.
• Ensure compliance with Danish industry supply chain initiatives.
• Regularly update the Head of Procurement on activities and progress.
• Travel occasionally to INEOS sites and supplier offices.

About you

You are a commercially astute and self-driven professional who thrives on collaboration and complex problem-solving. You take ownership, communicate clearly, and bring a structured, analytical approach to your work.

Your toolkit should include:

• A commercial or technical degree with strong business acumen.
• Experience with drafting and negotiating terms and conditions for supply chain contracts within an offshore E&P environment.
• Ability to formulate contracts and clauses from first principles.
• Experience working with standard oil and gas contracts such as LOGIC (desirable).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High IT literacy and strong documentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under pressure.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to mentor and challenge constructively.
• A lateral thinker with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
