is looking for a talented and detail-oriented
Accountant / Bookkeeper
to join Shamballa Jewels in the head office in Copenhagen, and help secure the financial foundation that supports the brand's continued international growth and creative excellence.

About the Role

As Accountant at Shamballa Jewels, you will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all daily financial operations. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will combine hands-on execution with proactive collaboration — ensuring that financial processes, reporting, and insights are robust, reliable, and ready to support the next chapter of Shamballa's global journey. You will be a vital link between structure and creativity — ensuring the numbers are as beautifully aligned as the jewellery itself.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting: supplier invoices, expenses, payments, reconciliations, and journals.
  • Ensure compliance with VAT, tax filings, and statutory regulations.
  • Support month-end and year-end closings, management reporting, and audits.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and HR on financial flows and cost allocations.
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives in ERP and finance systems.
  • Monitor liquidity, cash flow, and receivables to support sound financial planning.

Your Profile

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in accounting — ideally from an international or lifestyle-oriented company.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Business Central (or similar ERP).
  • Solid Excel skills and a structured, detail-oriented approach.
  • Relevant education within accounting or finance
  • Speaking and writing a fluent Danish and English
  • A proactive, reliable mindset and genuine ownership of your tasks.
