Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Shipping Coordinator 2 to join our team on-site in Aalborg. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating domestic and international shipments to ensure on-time deliveries. Day-to-day tasks include preparing shipping documentation, tracking shipments, managing logistics with carriers, and ensuring compliance with local and international shipping standards. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to streamline operations and address any shipping or customs-related challenges. Exceptional organizational and time management skills will be essential in managing diverse shipping schedules effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, shipping coordination, and supply chain management
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to manage relationships with internal teams, customers, and shipping partners
• High attention to detail and organizational skills to prepare and review shipping documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Familiarity with international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and relevant software tools
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to operate effectively under tight deadlines
• Proficient in using computer systems to manage logistics and track shipping data
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an advantage
• Previous experience in the marine or manufacturing industry is an added bonus
