Tech Team Lead

We are looking for a Tech Team Lead to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role, around 70% hands-on and 30% leadership, where you will build scalable systems, guide engineers and help shape technical direction.

As a Tech Lead, you will mentor and influence others, solve complex problems, and share knowledge openly. You will take pride in improving how we work, in giving and receiving honest feedback, and in encouraging curiosity, ownership, and the courage to question fundamentals. This role starts at 79,000 DKK per month and can grow up to 89,000 DKK as you develop. You'll be part of our structured career framework, which includes regular performance reviews. As you build skills, take on new responsibilities and progress in your role, your salary grows with you. • Build scalable and maintainable software grounded in domain-driven design principles.
• Help shape and drive the team's technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Influence architectural decisions across systems and teams
• Own projects from start to finish, navigating complex challenges and fostering collaboration between Product and Engineering
• Mentor and develop engineers, raising the technical bar and cultivating a culture of knowledge sharing and feedback

• Angular 20 (embracing signals, but heavy use og RxJS)
• TailwindCSS
• PostgreSQL
• PHP with Laravel
• Redis for caching
• Serverless infrastructure on AWS

• Experience leading and developing engineers, fostering growth and technical excellence
• Strong fundamentals in software design, object-oriented programming, common design patterns, system design and testing methodologies
• Solid experience with at least one server-side language. We work with PHP and TypeScript, but what matters most is your ability to build great software and learn our stack.
• Experience with a modern frontend framework and complex state management. We use Angular, but great frontend fundamentals matter more than framework labels.
• Good testing practices and familiarity with frameworks such as Vitest or Pest
