About the role
This is an opportunity to join a global TA organization as a key business partner in Denmark. You will be joining us in an exciting phase following the integration of Topdanmark into If in July 2025. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a central role in this journey, by aligning ways of working and supporting leaders through change within our field, while ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience across the organization.
In your daily work you will spend most of your time managing end-to-end volume recruitments, primarily for advisor and sales roles. With a strong focus on partnership, you will work closely and strategically with business stakeholders to attract talent and secure high-quality processes and hiring decisions.
As part of a Nordic team, you will contribute actively through knowledge sharing and by participating in Nordic and global development initiatives when needed.
The role offers a high degree of autonomy, with full ownership of your own recruitment processes.

About the team
You will be part of the Nordic Volume team, reporting to the team leader in Norway. The team consists of 10 Talent Acquisition Partners and three part-time coordinators across Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland. You will also be part of the larger TA organization of over 25 dedicated TA professionals.

Who are you?
You are passionate about Talent Acquisition and bring a proactive mindset and strong inner drive. You stay updated on best practices within recruitment and know how to balance theory with practical, business-focused solutions.
You take ownership of the full recruitment process and are confident partnering with hiring managers to deliver successful hires. You build strong relationships and use your TA expertise to advise, challenge, and influence stakeholders when needed. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and navigate change with a solution-oriented mindset.
You also have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience independently leading end-to-end recruitments
- Relevant academic degree in HR or a related field
- A proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions
- Experience with competence-based interview techniques and psychometric assessments
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to improve recruitment processes
- Experience using recruitment and HR systems
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and verbal
Additional facts and the recruitment process:

Process: We use tests during screening to increase fairness and objectivity. Relevant candidates will be invited to take a GMA and personality test. You will receive complete test reports after completion. First interviews will take place in the beginning of week 48, and second interviews during week 49.
Location: Ballerup. Some traveling within the Nordic countries may be required, approximately 2-3 times/year.
Start: January/February 2026.
Final candidates will undergo a background check before employment.
