Your new role

Training at Novo Nordisk is on an ambitious journey to simplify and enhance learning methods and frameworks. In this role, you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to optimise training and strengthen employee performance.

Your key responsibilities will include:

· Leading projects that support both function-specific training and enterprise-wide competency development.

· Applying structured problem-solving with curiosity and a focus on purpose and impact.

· Supporting managers in implementing the training through planning, communication, webinars, and individual guidance.

· Acting as a centre of expertise on competence development and learning principles, including designing and facilitating train-the-trainer workshops.

· Sharing knowledge to ensure alignment and best practice across the team.

· Managing documentation and system setup for all training activities.

· Building strong stakeholder relationships to secure successful outcomes.

Collaboration with Subject Matter Experts will be key to ensuring compliant training within healthcare-regulated processes.

Your skills and qualifications

To succeed, you should have:

· A BSc or MSc in project management, business administration, organisational development, learning science, psychology, or similar.

· 3+ years' experience in project and stakeholder management, ideally within training programmes in a global, cross-functional setting.

· Experience with leading digital learning or training projects.

· An analytical, data-driven approach and attention to detail when working with Learning Management Systems.

· Experience with Articulate 360 and/or Synthesia is an advantage

· Experience with GxP regulated training is an advantage

· Professional proficiency in English; Danish is an advantage.

· Experience in management consulting or the pharmaceutical/regulated industry is a plus.

On a personal level, you are a strong collaborator and communicator, able to unite diverse teams around shared goals. You are curious, innovative, and thrive on challenges—bringing energy and structure to complex projects.
