Om stillingen

Hos anew sleep leder vi efter en Ecommerce Growth Manager på fuldtid, der både kan tage ansvar for den daglige drift og hjælpe med at udvikle forretningen. Vi har et stærkt fundament i Danmark og en klar plan om at skalere yderligere i 2026, bl.a. gennem lancering af EU-shop og udvikling af nye produkter.

Vi er en dansk e-commerce virksomhed, der udvikler kvalitetsprodukter med ét mål: at hjælpe folk med at sove bedre.

Du vil arbejde tæt sammen med vores CEO, Haris Skrijelj og vores CMO Kristian Larsen. Sammen driver vi de større initiativer, og du bliver en vigtig del af at få tingene til at ske i hverdagen.

Dine opgaver

  • Webshop:
    Drift og optimering af webshoppen (ordrer, sortiment, kunderejse, performance)
  • Marketing:
    Koordinering og optimering af marketingaktiviteter sammen med vores konsulenter og interne team
  • Ekspansion til nye markeder:
    Planlægge og eksekvere på vores planer for ekspansion til nye markeder
  • Udvikling og sourcing af produkte
    r: Identificere nye produktmuligheder og samarbejde med leverandører for at styrke vores sortiment.
  • Brand og kundeoplevelse:
    Opbygning og styrkelse af brand og oplevelsen online
  • Ad hoc:
    Løbende analyse og optimering på tværs af forretningen

Vi forestiller os, at du:

  • Har interesse for e-commerce og digital marketing (erfaring fra et DTC brand er et plus, men ikke et krav)
  • Er klar på at tage ansvar og være tæt på driften
  • Er motiveret for at lære og bygge noget op
  • Trives med både praktiske opgaver og større projekter

Du kommer til at arbejde tæt sammen med:

  • Haris, CEO:
    Haris har over en årrække opbygget en god og alsidig værktøjskasse, der gør ham stærk indenfor strategi, operationelle processer, e-commerce og digital marketing. Haris har læst sin bachelor på CBS (BSc. International Business) og sin kandidat på London School of Economics (MSc. Finance and Private Equity). Han har erfaring som management konsulent fra Boston Consulting Group og analytiker fra Axcel. Haris vil være din primære kontakt i stillingen.
  • Kristian, CMO:
    Kristian var med til at grundlægge PL & Partners, et digitalt marketingbureau med 30 medarbejdere. Han er en anerkendt profil i Danmark, kendt som oplægsholder, ekspertblogger og den første danske taler hos Facebook i Dublin. Kristian har ansvaret for alle marketingindsatserne i anew sleep.

Løn

Startlønnen ligger på kr. efter kvalifikationer. Derudover kan warrants også komme på tale som en del af lønpakken.
