Job Description
You will join our agile 'Operational Excellence' squad, which is responsible for Danske Bank's Customer Communication send-out systems. Our squad is responsible across all of Danske Banks brands with onboarding and supporting authors of the system, and support migration and implementation from the legacy systems to new platforms. You will work in a cross-functional Agile squad, which is cross-located in Denmark and India.

You will be working in an environment where we take the agile mind-set seriously and where you have the possibility to make a difference. As a Business Analyst in our squad, your will work closely with authors, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly communication templates and processes. You are ready for a steep learning curve in and always curious on learning new things. It comes natural for you to challenge and understand stakeholders needs, whilst understanding what options there are for a solution.

About The Role
You will be responsible for the following:

  • Provide 1st-level support for authors
  • Participate in Teams meetings with authors and stakeholders
  • Handle incidents and troubleshoot issues
  • Conduct template checks and assist with mass send-outs
  • Support full reviews and scanning processes
  • Assist in template development and identify opportunities for automation
  • Recognize when tasks can be transformed into new development initiatives

In addition:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Experience with SmartCOMM & Flowable is an advantage
  • Experience in UI design and template development is a plus
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
