Principal Cybersecurity Officer to our GRC Team
Are you an experienced cybersecurity professional passionate about managing third-party risk and ensuring compliance with security standards?

Do you have expertise in risk management, vendor assessments, and project coordination?

Do you have knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST) and certifications like CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer etc.?

Your work will ensure that our cybersecurity practices align with customer expectations and contractual obligations, strengthening relationships and driving confidence in our innovative solutions.

Join a diverse and forward-thinking team of experts in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). Our GRC team collaborates closely with Security Architecture and the Cyber Defense Center teams to maintain a strong security posture across Novonesis. We value collaboration, innovation, and strategic thinking, making our team an exciting place to grow and contribute.

Customer Lifecycle Security Assurance
In this role you'll make an impact by:

• Developing tiered security packages tailored to customer needs and ensuring alignment with contractual obligations.
• Ensuring effective onboarding, monitoring, and offboarding processes for third parties and customers.
• Monitoring compliance with customer-specific security requirements, maintaining ongoing clarity in reporting, and improving security processes.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment between security initiatives, business goals, and customer needs.

Security Strategy & Governance

• Supporting the development and implementation of a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy to safeguard Novonesis's assets and strengthen customer trust.
• Coordinating cybersecurity initiatives for customer engagements and third-party relationships while driving process improvements and streamlining workflows for risk management activities

Potentially Relevant Experience

• Proven experience in cybersecurity, third-party risk management, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
• Hands-on experience conducting vendor risk assessments or compliance audits.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Certifications such as CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer are a plus but not required.

As a person, you must be proactive, detail-oriented, and self-driven. You will play a key role in shaping Novonesis's third-party risk management practices, and you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
