We are currently in an exciting phase of development – and we are looking for someone who wants to play a key role in the next chapter of our journey.

We are now seeking a Head of Performance with responsibility for driving the development of WorldHotels, where we are currently in a very exciting phase of expansion and transformation. The role has a clear commercial focus with responsibility for strengthening the brand, growing the portfolio, and ensuring profitability together with our hotel partners.

• Together with the WorldHotels Commercial Team, lead the development of WorldHotels with a focus on sales, marketing, and growth.
• Develop and expand the hotel portfolio through active work with new establishments and long-term partnerships.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive negotiations with potential hotel owners and investors.
• Be responsible for developing a business plan for WorldHotels that strengthens the brand in a competitive market.
• Create and implement a business plan and KPIs to follow up and maximize results.
• Work closely with both existing hotels and new partners to ensure the brand's premium positioning.
• Represent WorldHotels at industry fairs, events, and other relevant networks.

• At least 7–10 years of experience in commercial leadership within hotels, hospitality, real estate, or another relevant industry.
• Proven experience in developing portfolios, building partnerships, and driving business development.
• Strong commercial drive with the ability to combine strategic thinking with operational execution.
• Good understanding of marketing, sales, and brand development.
• Experience working with budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.
• Skilled negotiator with experience in contracts and business agreements.
• Relationship-builder who thrives in external settings and builds trust with hotel owners, investors, and internal stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

The position is flexible within Scandinavia and involves travel.
