About the role

We're looking for a hands‑on Solution Architect to lead end‑to‑end architecture, design, and delivery across the Microsoft ecosystem. You'll partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to turn complex requirements into secure, scalable solutions that power exceptional digital experiences.

What you'll do

  • Lead solution architecture and implementation using the Microsoft

    Optimizely CMS

  • Translate business needs into robust technical designs and roadmaps; own architecture decisions and trade‑offs.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship—driving best practices, code quality, security, and compliance.
  • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Oversee integrations with third‑party systems and APIs for seamless data flow and interoperability within enterprise environments.
  • Produce high‑quality technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and solution blueprints for internal and client audiences.
  • Contribute to pre‑sales: solution presentations, technical workshops, and proposals.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and guide teams during delivery and post‑implementation support.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years
    in solution architecture/software development within the Microsoft technology ecosystem.
  • Deep proficiency in:
  • Microsoft .NET
    (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core)
  • /
  • Azure
    services & cloud architecture
  • Enterprise Search
    (e.g., Azure Cognitive Search, Elasticsearch)
  • Optimizely CMS
    (formerly Episerver)
  • Strong grasp of
    DevOps

    Agile
    methodologies.
  • Proven ability to design
    scalable, secure, high‑performance
    enterprise solutions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Nice to have:
    Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
    (or equivalent).
