About your future role
As Head of Enterprise-, Operational- & Third-Party Risk Management, you will be part of the Risk Management & Regulatory Compliance department in the second line of defence.
You will work in a collaborative and hands-on environment with a supportive atmosphere that emphasizes a good team dynamic and knowledge sharing. Being part of the Nexi Group provides a network across Europe, offering opportunities to collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation.
The position is in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen area and offers hybrid ways of working, enabling flexibility in working hours and working place.
Your key responsibilities in this role will be:
- Continuous development and implementation of TPRM Policy, Procedure and Standards.
- Performing risk assessments on third-parties together with Contract Owners
- Participating in contractual negotiations with key vendors/critical vendors and advise on risk mitigation and acceptance.
- Performing 2nd line controls of the TPRM Process.
- Performing 2nd line credit controls.
- Continuous development and implementation of Operational Risk Management framework.
- Perform the Enterprise Risk Management assessment, define mitigating actions and follow-up.

Capabilities needed to be successful in this role:
- Experience in developing and implementing risk management frameworks.
- Regulatory understanding (outsourcing in particular).
- Technical flair and understanding and experience with IT contracts.
- Hands-on experience with DORA and/or Third Party Risk Management will be a plus
- Strong people leader skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Self-driven and ability to take ownership ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills necessary for interaction with business leaders and teams across all levels of the organisation.
- Knowledge of the financial services industry and payment processing industry.
Education and background:
Degree in law or economics.
At least 8 years of relevant work experience.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
