IT Lead, for Debt Management Development Tribe

We are seeking an experienced IT Lead for our Debt Management Development Tribe, which holds end-to-end responsibility for the Debt Management customer journey. This established tribe focuses on major initiatives like the implementation of the future Danske Bank solutions for Early Mitigation, Early Collection and Late Debt Collection as well as ensuring we have the right data foundation in place, ensure customers facing signs of financial difficulties experience the best possible customer experience and that Danske Bank act in a compliant manner.

As part of our tribe, you will be at the forefront of implementing Data-Driven Debt Management Solutions, collaborating closely with business and functional specialists, Software- and Data Engineers, Danske Bank's three lines of defense and many other stakeholders working in an agile setup. The role as IT Lead

As an IT Lead, you will co-lead the tribe alongside a Tribe Lead, playing a crucial role in defining our architectural framework and leading our business- and technological initiatives. Your focus will be on:

• Enhancing IT and digital capabilities across the entire Debt Management area, leveraging your tech toolbox incl. GenAI and deep understanding of how to apply the Software Development Lifecycle in practice, to address the nuanced needs of this segment—from early requirement development, through development and test to organisational implementation, incl. operations and risk management, legal, compliance and more.
• Providing strategic leadership not only within your own tribe but also influencing broader business strategies through collaboration with other Tribes in Danske Bank.
• Creating a progressive engineering culture where IT professionals are empowered to deliver and manage their own development within a supportive ecosystem.
• Execution of complex deliveries, requiring strong skills, structure and experience with planning, execution and dependency management.

This position is anchored in Technology and Services (T&S), and you will report to Head of Personal & Business Customers T&S, Linda Olsen.

Who are we looking for?

We imagine you to have a solid technical background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, coupled with significant experience in fintech leadership roles, particularly involving agile transformations and Gen AI implementations.
