Join The LEGO Group as a Senior Manager, Commercial Portfolio Management, Markets and Channels and help craft a portfolio that inspires creativity, drives growth, and delights millions of shoppers worldwide.

As part of the Global Commercial Development organisation, you'll work at the intersection of strategy, product development, and commercial execution, partnering with Global Product & Marketing Development, Market Groups and BUs, and Channel teams to ensure our portfolio delivers on both commercial impact and consumer magic.

We're looking for a strategic thinker and commercial problem-solver, someone who can connect insights to action and help us think ahead.

  • Lead Portfolio Differentiation & Exclusives Strategy - Orchestrate and co-develop the global portfolio differentiation agenda (e.g., exclusives and channel-specific assortments), defining principles, frameworks, and deployment guidelines across regions and channels.

  • Champion Market-Driven Insights & Prioritisation - Act as the voice of markets and channels in global portfolio decisions, integrating their input, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring commercial realities inform portfolio development.

  • Enable Data-Driven Decision-Making & Scenario Modelling - Evaluate portfolio performance using key metrics (SKU productivity, consumer sales, etc.), model potential scenarios and trade-offs, and deliver actionable insights to shape the strategic focus areas.

  • Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Excellence - Partner closely with the Digital Product teams to drive processes that help embed our tools, with a focus on continuous improvement and scaling best-in-class portfolio execution globally

Do you have what it takes

  • Demonstrated experience in FMCG / Consumer Goods companies coupled with experience in top-tier Management Consulting roles supporting commercial or portfolio strategy topics.

  • Analytical and Data-Driven Mindset - Skilled at turning complex data into clear insights, scenarios, and recommendations.

  • Strategic and Commercial Acumen - Strong experience shaping portfolio or commercial strategies in global or regional roles.

  • Structured Problem-Solving and Execution - Strong process management skills, able to plan, prioritise, and deliver in a fast-paced, global setting.

  • Collaboration and Influence - Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage, align, and influence senior leaders across markets and functions.

  • Fluency in English both written and verbal.
