Are you passionate about helping customers? Can you guide our customers as well as provide technical support? Do you get a kick out of providing solutions? If so then you might just be the right person to be our new colleague in Freetrailer's Customer Service team located close to Østerport S-station.

The Role

We are looking for a full time colleague who will work Weekdays, weekends and evenings. You will be part of our team of +30 colleagues, where we work together to perform all the varied tasks and inquiries we receive from our customers and colleagues every day. We aim to always provide a great customer experience and this role is central to that goal.

Your tasks will include:
– Direct customer contact via phone, email and chat.
– Ensuring that our goals are met at all times.
– Providing top customer service and helping ensure happy and satisfied customers.

Your profile

You are passionate about giving our customers the best possible service and buying experience across different channels, and you constantly strive to improve the customer experience. You are able to work in a structured way to ensure availability for the customer and bring a positive attitude to the team.

In addition, you have
– Experience with customer service (a plus if experience from a call center or similar).
– Good written and spoken communication skills in Norwegian and English.
– Professional level in either Danish, Norwegian, German or Swedish as well.
