Event Supply er i kraftig vækst, og vi udvider vores team i technology-afdelingen med en erfaren Senior Technical Project Manager. Vi leder efter en profil med solid baggrund fra event, tv og koncertproduktion og som kan tage ansvar for store tekniske leverancer fra planlægning til fuld gennemførsel.

Når vores designere og sælgere har udviklet og solgt en produktion, er det dig, der tager over og sikrer, at alt kommer sikkert i mål. Det betyder blandt andet:

• Planlægning af hele den tekniske eksekvering
• Korrekt booking af udstyr gennem EasyJob
• Udarbejdelse af crewplaner og sammensætning af relevant mandskab
• Ledelse af teknikere og onsite personale
• Onsite styring ved opbygning, afvikling og nedpakning
• Tæt samarbejde med afdelingens designere og sælgere
• Ansvar for kommunikation og fremdrift gennem hele processen

Da en stor del af vores interne og eksterne kommunikation foregår på engelsk, er det vigtigt, at du er fortrolig med engelsk i det daglige både skriftligt og mundtligt.

Event Supply består af fire forretningsområder. Structure, Inventory, Technology og Site Facilities. Som Senior Technical Project Manager bliver du en central del af technology og refererer direkte til afdelingen.

Vi ser gerne, at du er fortrolig med at arbejde i WYG eller Vectorworks, samt øvrige relevante tegneprogrammer som eksempelvis SketchUp eller lignende værktøjer, da en del af planlægning og kommunikation bygger på visuelle layouts og tekniske tegninger.

• Har flere års erfaring med teknisk projektledelse i event, koncert eller tv produktion
• Har overblik og arbejder struktureret i komplekse setup
• Trives med ansvar for både udstyr, tidsplaner og mandskab
• Har erfaring med WYG, Vectorworks og gerne SketchUp
• Tager beslutninger og skaber momentum
• Kan repræsentere Event Supply professionelt nationalt og internationalt
• Er komfortabel med engelsk i hverdagen

Event Supply er til stede i hele Danmark med afdelinger og lagerfunktioner flere steder. Størstedelen af vores produceres i eller omkring København. Vores tekniske lager er placeret i Slagelse. Event Supply is experiencing strong growth, and we are expanding our Technology Department with an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager. We are looking for a profile with a solid background in event, television and concert production who can take responsibility for large technical deliveries from planning through to full execution.

When our designers and sales team have developed and sold a production, you take over and ensure that everything is brought safely across the finish line. This includes:

• Planning the full technical execution
• Booking equipment correctly through EasyJob
• Preparing crew plans and assembling qualified personnel
• Leading technicians and onsite staff
• Managing the onsite build, show operation and dismantling
• Working closely with designers and the sales team
• Ensuring communication, coordination and progress throughout the entire process

Since a large part of our internal and external communication takes place in English, it is important that you are comfortable using English in your daily work, both written and spoken.

Event Supply consists of four business units. Structure, Inventory, Technology and Site Facilities. As Senior Technical Project Manager you will be a central part of the Technology unit and report directly to the department.

We expect you to be familiar with WYG or Vectorworks as well as other relevant design and planning tools such as SketchUp or similar, since a significant part of our planning and communication is based on visual layouts and technical drawings.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has several years of experience in technical project management within event, concert or television production
• Has strong overview and works in a structured manner in complex productions
• Thrives with responsibility for equipment, timelines and crew
• Has experience with WYG, Vectorworks and preferably SketchUp
• Makes decisions and creates momentum
• Can represent Event Supply professionally both nationally and internationally
• Is comfortable using English daily
• Thrives in an environment where no two days are the same

Event Supply is represented throughout Denmark with departments and warehouse functions in multiple locations. Most of our productions take place in or around Copenhagen. Our technical warehouse is located in Slagelse. We are open to a hybrid working arrangement where you can work from our Copenhagen office while also maintaining close contact with and reference to the technical warehouse in Slagelse.
