Wiseled is entering a significant growth phase, driven by rising demand for our RAVEN and FALCON illumination and night-driving systems across Europe.

To strengthen our position in the Nordic defence market, we are adding a Defence Sales Manager to lead our commercial and business development activities in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland.

This role is central to shaping Wiseled's presence in its home region, developing long-term customer relationships, and driving strategic opportunities with defence and security stakeholders.

About the Role:

As Defence Sales Manager – Scandinavia, you will lead both sales execution and strategic market development. Your role will include:

  • Driving regional revenue growth through structured, long-cycle defence sales and business development.
  • Leading customer engagement with DALO, Home Guard units, national police forces, civil defence authorities, and relevant military branches.
  • Identifying and qualifying opportunities within vehicle programmes, soldier-systems initiatives, mobility projects, and operational capability upgrades.
  • Managing tenders, framework agreements, compliance documentation, and commercial submissions.
  • Conducting product demonstrations, field evaluations, and technical briefings with users and procurement teams.
  • Building strong relationships with integrators, OEM partners, and key industry stakeholders across Scandinavia.
  • Acting as the commercial interface towards Product Management, R&D, Marketing, and European BD teams to ensure customer needs inform product development.
  • Representing Wiseled at key Nordic defence events, including DALO Industry Days and regional defence exhibitions.

This role is hands-on, customer-facing, and commercially influential — ideal for someone who thrives in a technical defence ecosystem with long-term program cycles.

What You Bring:

We are seeking a candidate with strong commercial instincts and deep understanding of defence-sector dynamics:

  • Proven experience in defence sales, business development, or government/technical procurement.
  • Familiarity with Scandinavian defence structures, especially DALO and Home Guard organisations.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and translate user needs into actionable product requirements.
  • A structured, disciplined approach to sales execution, pipeline management, and documentation.
  • Credibility when engaging with procurement officers, operational units, and industry partners.
  • Professional proficiency in Danish and English; other Nordic languages are a plus.
  • A proactive, relationship-driven, and trustworthy mindset.

Backgrounds that often match well include defence sales, soldier-systems companies, military service with commercial exposure, police procurement, or technical sales in regulated/high-compliance sectors.

Compensation:

  • Monthly base salary: 55,000 – 75,000 DKK (depending on experience).
