You will work with the entire suite of Salesforce and the newest innovations of Communications Cloud, Agentforce, Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.

What will you do? | your role

• Deliver intelligent and scalable Salesforce solutions in close collaboration with our partners across IT, Sales, Customer Service and Marketing
• In your role you will have full ownership of your own backlog, while also collaborating closely with the rest of the team to ensure our solutions effectively address priorities and our desired way of working
• Our work covers both implementing and rolling out brand new functionality to business units new to Salesforce as well as developing larger business critical features and incremental change requests to the existing Salesforce solution across Sales/Service Cloud, CPQ and Marketing Cloud
• You will contribute and take part in the full delivery journey from backlog planning, analysis, refining, estimation, design, configuration/coding, testing and deploying
• Great opportunities for you to continuously develop your own Salesforce/IT skill set and be part of how we as a team can improve our capabilities and the value we bring

Who you are | Salesforce hands on experience

• You have at least a few years of hands-on skills and experience in Salesforce (Sales- and Service Cloud, CPQ and Marketing Cloud) and relevant certifications
• Experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud, Agentforce, Data Cloud and experience with Telco industry business processes and BSS Systems is considered a strong advantage in what we are looking for
• Experience of working in a modern agile software delivery cycle and CI/CD DevOps.
• Experience with the Salesforce data model, standard OOTB configuration, APEX, HTML, Javascript coding, relevant automations mechanisms, building flows, triggers, LWC's
• Experience and/or knowledge of integrating Salesforce into the general IT landscape via API's and platform/connected apps
