If you like busy weekends, meeting new people, and being part of a fun, down-to-earth team, our Weekend Part-Time role at Go Hotels Østerport might be a great match for you. We’re a fast-growing budget hotel chain, and we care more about your attitude and energy than a long CV. You’ll help us give our guests a simple, comfortable and friendly stay – without any unnecessary fuss.

We’re looking for weekend team members who enjoy service, are happy to lend a hand where it’s needed, and like the idea of working in a relaxed, informal hotel environment. You’ll be part of a national hotel chain with a mix of 2- and 3-star hotels and seaside hotels, all focused on making guests feel welcome and at ease.

What you will do

You’ll play a key role in making sure our guests have a smooth and pleasant stay, especially during busy weekends and holidays. Your tasks will be varied, and you’ll get to help in different parts of the hotel depending on needs and your strengths. Don’t worry – we’ll show you everything you need to know.

  • Welcome guests with a friendly attitude at reception and in common areas
  • Handle check-in and check-out in a simple and efficient way
  • Work at our combined reception-bar serving drinks, coffee and snacks
  • Answer guest questions and help solve small challenges with a smile
  • Work closely with your colleagues to keep things running smoothly
  • Follow our procedures to ensure quality, safety and great guest experiences

What we are looking for

We’re not expecting you to know everything about hotels from day one, but we do care about service, reliability and positive energy. If you enjoy working with people, like taking responsibility and are okay with varying hours on weekends, you’ll fit right in.

  • Experience from customer service, hospitality or retail for at least 1 year
  • Comfortable communicating in English, and any extra languages are a plus
  • Ready to work weekends and public holidays, including day, evening or night shifts
  • Able to work independently and make good decisions when things get busy
  • A team mindset, where you support colleagues and bring positive energy
  • A structured approach, with attention to detail and a focus on high quality
