About the job
I As an architect in our team, you will pave the way with your imagination and carry the automation to the highest level possible where service health visibility, predictability and quality are at the heart of our Network and Service Operation Center.
You will synchronize with all other enterprise architects from IT to network engineering, and build a modern architectural runway for our Agile teams. Together with the Program Managers and Product Owners, we will drive toward a self-driven Operation.
"In TDC NET Network Monitoring Systems, you will be right at the center where all technologies meets. From IT to Telecommunications, you will be able to assist our internal and external customers while learning about an amazing panel of technologies"
About you
We´re seeking for an experienced OSS architect who can define and own an OSS automation strategy and roadmap. You would need great communication skills, as Business alignment on both short- and long term initiatives will be the starting point. You are not afraid to spend time with the users, and map as-is and to-be service trees.
We are looking for someone who has a genuine service-oriented mindset, and a genuine technical curiosity.
You are motivated, and self aware of your responsibilities and targets. You always think value added for our customers when you start an initiative, and you adapt and balance an idealistic strategic approach with pragmatism.
You have a master degree in IT or Telecommunications with a good working experience in complex telco networks. You will work with data analysis platforms such as Splunk, orchestration such as Kafka, and traditional monitoring systems handling SNMP, telemetry data and databases.
As the team has international members, English is mandatory and having different cultural experiences of working is a plus.
"In TDC NET Network Monitoring Systems, you will be right at the center where all technologies meets. From IT to Telecommunications, you will be able to assist our internal and external customers while learning about an amazing panel of technologies"
