Manager, Service Performance, Finance BCM
Turn complex transformation data into better decisions
DSV is significantly strengthening Finance Business Change Management (FBCM), including the management layer, to support a growing number of SAP ERP implementation projects and standardisation programmes.
FBCM consists of 40 people, organised in four regional Finance BCM Solution Teams, a Transition and Adaption team and a Service Performance function, together with programme management engagement and the Finance Transformation Delivery Center.
As Manager, Service Performance, you will take responsibility for developing the transparency, reporting and capacity planning capabilities needed to support DSV's extensive global finance transformation portfolio.
Build transparency across projects, resources and performance
The Manager leads the Service Performance capability within FBCM, providing a consolidated view of demand, capacity, delivery commitments and performance across programmes and projects and overall delivery reporting.
The role is focused on portfolio and project reporting, KPI management, dashboards and operational analytics, giving leadership actionable insights and enabling the Regional Solution Team Managers to give regions and divisions clear visibility of delivery timelines and expected completion dates.
The position reports to the Head of Finance BCM and is part of the BCM management team.
This is a line-of-business role with no direct reports; leadership is exercised through influence, data and facilitation.

• Change requests and incidents: lead prioritisation in the Change Board; provide visibility of backlog, throughput and resolution performance; identify recurring themes and bottlenecks
• Resource planning and capacity management: lead and perform FBCM resource allocation with the Regional Solution Team, Transition and Adaption and FT Delivery Center managers; monitor and adjust allocations with project FBCM leads
• Monitor utilisation trends and actual resource spend on projects, CRs and incidents, and support leadership decisions on resource prioritisation Combine analytical skills with a strong understanding of transformation We are looking for a candidate with:
