Som Beauty Advisor skaber du eksklusive kundeoplevelser samtidig med at du opnår vores salgsmål

Som vores nye Beauty Advisor er det din fornemste opgave at repræsentere brandet og dets værdier. Du vil til enhver tid stræbe efter at skabe eksklusive oplevelser via et højt serviceniveau samt udpræget kendskab til brandets produkter og historie.

Vi forventer, at du står til rådighed og er fleksibel når det kommer til arbejdstider, eksempelvis skal du være klar på aftenvagter samt weekendvagter, da det er her vores kunder er til stede i butikken.

Dine kompetencer

Du elsker at yde en service udover det sædvanlige og altid med et smil på læben Du er en dygtig sælger med flair for at sælge eksklusive beauty produkter Du er fleksibel, selvmotiverende og ansvarsfuld Du tager ejerskab på dine opgaver og følger dem til dørs Du er en teamplayer, der forstår at løfte i flok Du er uddannet makeup-artist, kosmetolog eller har gennem din passion for skønhed lært dig selv alt om produkter og teknikker Du taler dansk eller engelsk

Dine ansvarsområder

Opnå skitserede salgsmål herunder; units per transaction, basket size, price per unit, conversion rate Fokus på rekruttering af nye kunder Rådgive om CHANEL’s produkter inden for dufte, make up og hudpleje Tilbyde makeup konsultationer til vores kunder Skabe eksklusive kundeoplevelser via formidling af CHANELs historie og værdier Klargøring, oprydning og lukning af butikken Lagerstyring i samarbejde med butikschefen Opgørelse af kasse samt rapportering til butikschefen
