Whether you’re a recent graduate or have already gained valuable experience, you could be an excellent addition to the Never Out of Stock (NOOS) team at NAME IT, where you'll ensure an optimal stock level and product mix.

An ambitious team of high strategic importance
In our NOOS department, you’ll become part of a team of 15 colleagues who play a key role for our business, when it comes to ensuring that the right products are always available for our customers on our central warehouses and in their stores. As Demand Planner, you will be collaborating particularly closely with your fellow planners to maintain stock levels, forecast sales, and enhance planning processes.

Your role
As a Demand Planner in NOOS, your focus is on achieving optimal stock availability by managing forecasts and inventories for your product categories at SKU level. More specifically, your tasks include: 

Optimizing sales forecasting and goods flow through sales and stock analyses Placing purchase orders with procurement teams Making planning decisions based on sales trends and product lifecycle stages Collaborating with procurement for buffer stock, capacity, and raw material bookings, ensuring an agile supply chain setup Providing sales trend and inventory level reports Performing ad hoc analyses and developing process optimization tools.

Your profile
As a highly analytical individual, you bring a structured approach to your work and excel at leveraging extensive data available to the planning team. Strong communication skills enable you to identify key decision-making factors and take appropriate actions. 
You are motivated by taking responsibility for your own categories, and you are driven to make a meaningful impact. You are able to work independently and are comfortable making vital and influential decisions. Additionally, you possess excellent cooperative skills, enabling you to grow relations with partners at all levels and across borders.

Qualifications

Degree in business or economics, preferably within Finance, International Business, or Supply Chain Management Recent graduate or a few years of relevant experience in supply planning, inventory planning, or supply chain analysis High proficiency in Microsoft Excel Fluent in written and spoken English.
