We are looking for grooms to join our Team at Absolute Horses

Are you passionate about working with quality horses in top facilities and with good development opportunities?We are looking for experienced professional grooms to join our team. As a representative for Absolute Horses, you must see every horse as an individual with different needs and put honor in your daily routines around the horses and the yard. We offer good working conditions and working hours in a young team, where we believe in the value of teamwork and team spirit. We can offer accommodation close to the stable.

About the work

• Daily care of and tacking up horses
• Mocking out
• Maintaining and cleaning the stable and yard
• Handling and daily exercises of the horses with lounging and going to the field, paddocks, and walker
• Help with the preparation of events at Absolute Horses
• Be a part of a rotation arrangement with night check in the evening in the stable

We can also offer the oppurtunity of riding, if you have the right set of skills for flatwork, going on walks and hiking in the woods.

Skills and abilities-You are competent and responsible

• You have an eye for details and are well-organized
• Experience with horses and their needs
• Have a natural understanding of horses
• Can keep an overview in a busy workday
• Driver’s licenses for trucks are a plus, but not required
• Able to work in a team with a helpful spirit
