You will be a part of the global function IT & Digital Enablement (IT&DE) where you will join a team of 7 colleagues working towards a shared goal – and having fun along the way.

What you will do

In this position, you will be our go-to expert for all things security infrastructure, working closely with our great partners in India to keep our operations secure.

But what areas are we talking about – you might think. If areas like Directory Services, M365 Security, Certificate Management, Remote Access, and PIM/PAM are familiar areas to you, then we are getting closer to each other.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

Monitor the IT environment in collaboration with operations vendor(s) to ensure smooth security operations, detect exceptions, and escalate issues as needed

Govern security infrastructure components and ensure continuous improvements

Work with internal and external technical resources as well as project managers to coordinate tasks and ensure the effective execution of digital solutions

Ensure that deliverables, methodologies, and documentation are aligned with VELUX architectural standards defined by system design architecture

Who you are

We're on the hunt for an IT Operations Security Specialist who's also got a bit of IT Solution Architect magic in their bag of tricks.

We imagine that you have at least 5-7 years of experience in IT Security Infrastructure.

Furthermore, we are looking for you who:

Have a proven history of IT security operations and solution management with a keen understanding of business needs

Demonstrate expertise in managing complex IT environments and infrastructure technologies

Have comprehensive security skills

Have advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain focus in time-sensitive situations

Posses top-notch communication and collaboration skills, especially with remote teams

Are enthusiastic about staying up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies

Are fluent in written and spoken English and possess solid communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
