UX Researcher

About the job

As a UX researcher at Quintessential AI you will be part of a team responsible for discovery and user research. We create delightful AI solutions that efficiently solve user needs and seamlessly integrate into their daily workflows.

Your focus will be on conducting discovery research, identifying user personas and understanding their needs, pain points and challenges. You will work closely with the business and development teams during end-to-end developments of products. This is vitally important as Quintessential AI creates use case solutions that are desirable, viable and feasible, delight our customers and meet business and tech goals. We expect your work to be able to support both product management and UX/UI.

Your skills

You are an experienced (min. 3-5 years), autonomous and structured researcher, oriented towards discovery research and user research. You are used to working on several projects at a time and know how to organize your time to always be ahead and stay proactive. Because of your previous experience you know how to easily adapt to different industries, business settings and users in your communication style and documentation practice. You are naturally outgoing and enjoy building and maintaining relationships with your users.

Key responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers and business analysts, on multiple projects and build understanding of customers and users’ needs, pain points and challenges.

Build and maintain positive relationships with our partner customers and users, to ensure good collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience
• Experience with B2B/enterprise users and customers.
• Understanding of how to communicate and interact with users at all levels, from c-suite to individual contributor at the ground level.
• Structured and organized approach
• Ability to handle several projects in parallel.
• Experience with customer research, and developing buyer/customer personas
• User journey mapping and user persona development experience
• Usability testing experience
