Biophysical Characterization Scientist

The position

As a Biophysical Characterization Scientist, you will:• Support production sites with biophysical knowledge and apply biophysical analyses to process-related challenges• Collaborate with other scientists to develop a fundamental understanding of our products and manufacturing processes• Contribute to problem-solving efforts and provide input for future challenges in production• Maintain and improve the analytical platform used by the team to ensure efficient and scientifically sound support to the sites Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:• A MSc Degree in a relevant scientific discipline such as biophysics, soft matter physics, physical chemistry, bio- or nano engineering, crystallography, or similar• Knowledge about protein solution behaviour and stability• Experience with characterization methods is considered an advantage, e.g., MFI, ThT fibrillation assay, FT-IR, rheology, and/or scattering techniques such as DLS, SLS, and SAXS• Experience applying biophysical analyses to process-related challenges is considered an advantage• Professional fluency in English On a personal level, you are a team player with a positive attitude towards new ideas and people.
