You have experience in retail, preferably in Product quality, Product Compliance, Product requirements, Circularity, or similar.
Experience with IKEA Recovery or Sales and interest in product quality is advantageous.
You possess good stakeholder management skills and the know-how to apply these in an ambiguous environment requiring cross-functional collaboration.
You have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustful relationships including very good communication skills in Danish and English.
You have experience in the business planning process, direction setting, and creation of strategic and operational goals and plans including follow-up on KPIs. You can prioritize and make decisions with speed and simplicity and capture learnings to improve.
You have knowledge of the legislation and standards or the ability to acquire this knowledge preferably applicable for the product range within Home Furnishing and/or Food.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for driving growth by ensuring the offering of safe and compliant Home Furnishing and Food products to IKEA customers on a country level.
You contribute to the product compliance work in the retail market, ensuring that we offer safe and compliant Home Furnishing & Food products to our customers.
As a member of the PQR&C (Product Quality, Recovery & Compliance) team within the Selling department you proactively contribute to the PQR&C plan to deliver the common objectives and goals.
You monitor and report on national regulations, industry standards, and health and safety standards. You follow up on the end-to-end compliance of the IKEA product offering throughout the retail operations.
You support the implementation of common product compliance processes, tools, and KPIs and escalate any product-related noncompliance and risks including recall processes.
You actively cooperate and keep a good relationship with all internal and external key stakeholders, like the national consumer authorities. You keep the company informed about product safety and compliance.

Other information

Danish work permits are required and speaking and writing fluent in Danish and English as well.
The position is a full-time position located at our Service Office (Head Office) in IKEA Taastrup.
Salary within IKEAs salary policy is based on your competencies and includes pension.
We have various benefits such as Health insurance, massage, canteen, staff discount, discounts club with external partners, yearly gift, bonus, etc.
Start date: 1st of September or as agreed.
