Financial Analyst in Vejle

We are excited to announce a unique opportunity within our Finance team for an experienced Financial Analyst in Vejle. We are looking for a candidate who can bring expertise to our team, particularly in the areas of accounting, internal controls and VAT.

As our Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the Finance team ensuring accuracy, compliance with current legislation, and efficiency. Additionally, you will support various financial activities and collaborate closely with other team members to achieve our organizational goals.

Your tasks will include

Taking ownership of various tasks including VAT calculation, intrastat reporting, compliance reviews, monthly reconciliation reviews, fixed assets management, accruals, lease accounting, cash planning, balance sheet reconciliation, reporting to Statistics Denmark, and other administrative tasks. Serve as a backup for approval of payments and revenue reporting, supporting team members as needed. Participate in the preparation of standard operating procedures to enhance organizational efficiency. Contribute to the implementation of Dynamics 365, leveraging your expertise to support successful adoption. Collaborate closely with Group and local Finance teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Required qualifications

At least 2-3 years of experience as an auditor or as a Financial Analyst to enhance our financial processes and procedures. A broad experience with IT systems and Microsoft Excel to streamline data management and analysis.

Embrace agility and a fast-learning mindset to adapt to our dynamic work environment. Relates critical to information and seeks explanations and knowledge.

A structured mindset that maintains focus on quality and deadlines, even in busy times.

Communicate effectively in English, both in written and verbal forms.
