Do you have an interest in the real estate market, and are you looking for an opportunity to combine your analytical skills with business intelligence in a commercial environment? We are looking for a motivated Analyst to join our Valuation & Advisory team in Copenhagen.

What will you be doing?

In Valuation & Advisory Services you will be part of a dynamic and committed team that deals with real estate valuations, market research and data analysis.

Your key valuation responsibilities:

  • Preparing valuations for a broad range of commercial investment property located in Denmark
  • Undertaking investment valuations and development appraisals for accounting purposes, loan security, acquisitions / disposals, and strategy
  • Analysis, statistics and visualisation of market trends, industries, sectors and geographies in relation to real estate demand drivers
  • Preparation of cash flows and valuation reports on real estate assets and portfolios
  • Assist the team in business development, pitching and marketing
  • Support the automation of manual tasks and reports by making intelligent use of available dashboarding software
  • Assist in the development of property-related digital valuation advisory technology products


Who are you?

We are looking for a team player who is committed and enthusiastic and who has a great sense of responsibility for tasks and deadlines. You have a strong eye for detail and a positive, innovative and opportunistic mindset. You must thrive in an international environment, where it is crucial that you speak and write English and Danish at a high level.

You have a relevant educational background such as, Cand.merc.aud., Cand.merc.fir. or similar. Preferably you have some experience in the commercial real estate market or the financial sector. We imagine that you are either a recent graduate or have 1 to 4 years of work experience.

Other qualifications we are looking for:

  • You are analytical, service-minded and enjoy working within a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills enabling the development of good relationships with both clients and colleagues.
  • Enjoys working collaboratively and independently to meet deadlines.
  • You have strong numerical skills including the ability to handle and manipulate large amounts of numerical data into clearly defined outputs based on a project driven approach.
  • You have solid knowledge and experience in working with Excel and PowerPoint (programming experience in VBA, R or similar is an advantage).
  • You have an interest in reporting tools such as Tableau, Alteryx or Power BI.
  • You are fluent in Danish and speak and write English at a high level.
