The After Sales / Upgrades department is responsible for ensuring a high-quality customer experience when completing aftersales projects for our customers, supporting service sites in implementing special campaigns and internal project support within department.
The department is part of the Offshore Service organization in the Vestas NCE Region. Here you become part of a committed team of > colleagues who daily work on delivering Offshore Services to our trusted customers. This includes everything from strategy work, operational improvement, Health & Safety, technical case handling to delivering the services on the wind turbines offshore.
Responsibilities
The PM is responsible for delivering the project on time, within budget, following the required quality standards and with effective HSE performance Build Up, maintain and operate the specific project organization In conjunction with the Head of Department, the PM ensures the project is staffed according to the Special Project project model or as otherwise agreed with the Head of Department Proactively manages all aspects of project management including but not limited to budgeting, scheduling, stakeholder management, risk managing, reporting, procuring, and communication Acts as an ambassador for Vestas, Offshore Service, and sub-departments Contributes actively to building and maintaining good work ethics and team spirits in the department and the wider Vestas communityQualifications
Engineering, commercial, or Project Management degree Experience in a comparable industry or job Risk Management expertise Reporting Governance expertise Contractual and commercial expertise Product understandingCompetencies
Independent and skilled in contributing to group efforts Efficient communicator Analytical and systematic with attention for detail Enjoys motivating and coaching You will have an open approach to decision-making Cultural aware with an inclusive mindset Good leadership skills and customer focused What we offer
