SAP ECC Supporter

The Position

As a SAP ECC Supporter, you will be responsible for all our different productions. You will be the daily SAP ECC Support to all the Process Supporters in your team, as well as to the operators in production. In addition, we are working on an exciting SAP project that you will be a big part of. 

The main tasks will be to:

• Create and modify master data for finished goods in SAP

• Write Change Request and Deviations related to the SAP process

• Train your colleagues in SAP

• Perform data pull in SAP Global Batch Trace (GBT)

• Support the productions and projects with SAP relevant tasks

• Participate in SAP ARSU (Area Responsible Super User) meetings across NN

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you have:

• Academical background related to this area

• Experience using SAP ECC in a production environment

• Experience in handling Change Requests, Deviations and CAPAs

• A flair for IT Systems with technical understanding of production processes

• You are fluent in Danish

About the Department

You will be part of a Process Support team, which consists of 15 dedicated and skilled employees with different academic backgrounds, of which 13 are Process Supporters, 1 Specialist and 1 SAP Supporter (which is this replacement). The team supports all production facilities at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech, all of which are GMP regulated. In the team, we value good cooperation highly and make a point of making it fun to go to work.
