Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to IXL & ETCS Trackside Manager and work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.You will be part of our Service Team for Denmark and Norway.
As an IXL Application Design Engineer, you will have a broad spectrum of tasks. You will identify and analyse requirements, with the final target to define and design IXL (interlocking) architectures and the related configurations of the IXL equipment. In the daily tasks you will be working on projects and servicing different customers both in Denmark and Norway.
We'll look to you for:
- Gather of requirements from customer, safety, and other stakeholders.
- Define the trackside equipment to be controlled and detected and the application conditions related to the trackside engineering.
- Design of electrical drawings.
- Review documents.
- Share and spread the knowledge of the IXL system architecture features to the project engineering community.
- Prepare test specifications.
All about you
- Bachelor’s or a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field is preferrable, but not mandatory.
- Experience in working with legacy interlocking systems or ERTMS is considered as a plus. You will receive training adapted to your qualifications.
- Open minded and curious. There will be work on various work packages and it is important to keep an overview on your different tasks.
- Analytical skills, and you are motivated by challenging tasks.
- Nordic language skills: Danish, Swedish or understanding Norwegian.

Som signalingeniør har du en bred vifte af opgaver. Du skal identificere og analysere krav, som skal benyttes til at definere og designe signalsystemet. Du vil indgå i projekter og i vores serviceteam som servicerer kunder i Danmark og i Norge.

Kvalifikationer:
Du er elektronik ingeniør, eller noget tilsvarende. Det er en fordel hvis du har erfaring med enten legacy sikringsanlæg eller ERTMS, men ikke et krav. Du vil blive tilbudt oplæring tilsvarende dine kvalifikationer.
