Hvad kan du forvente som MAKIRA - Document Process Automation Graduate?

Som graduate hos os indgår du i et team med Danmarks bedste og mest erfarne konsulenter indenfor automatisering, AI, SAP og mange andre spændende teknologier. Kort sagt Making Digital Real.

I vores område indgår du i internationalt team med nogle af Danmarks bedste produktudviklere inden for automatisering af processer knyttet til forretningsdokumenter. Vi samarbejder tæt både med vores udviklingsafdeling i Bulgarien, samt med vores servicecentre i Bulgarien, Malaysia og Indien. Derudover samarbejder vi tæt med vores salgs-, marketings- og implementerings- teams i flere lande både i Europa, Nordamerika og Asien, samt med vores internationale GIP (Global IP) team, for fortsat at sikre og accelerere vores internationale vækst. Vores produkter har kunder og partnere i + lande og du vil derfor også blive involveret i det daglige internationale samarbejde.

Vores suite af løsninger og produkter, betyder at du kommer til at arbejde både i bredden og i dybden med flere forskellige teknologier. Heraf kan nævnes MS Azure, AI/ML, ChatGPT, Snowflake, Power BI, RPA, SAP moduler som MM, FI/CO, SD, i både SAP ECC og SAP S/4HANA samt integrationen mellem vores produkter og forskellige ERP-systemer (også non-SAP). Derudover vil du også blive involveret i supportarbejde for disse kunder, og være med til at sikre at vores supportafdeling leverer i forhold til de stigende krav, som kommer med den stigende internationale succes.

Det er vigtigt at du formår både at kunne tale et teknisk- og et forretningssprog for at mestre kontakten med både interne og eksterne infrastruktur teams samt dialogen med kunderne.

Dine opgaver vil spænde vidt fra implementering, presales, rådgivning, optimering, support, kundepleje, dokumentation samt undervisning med udgangspunkt i NTT DATA Business Solutions’ egenudviklede produkter.

I og med at der arbejdes med produkter, som anvendes af kunder i hele verden, er det vigtigt at du er struktureret og har et professionelt gen, der skinner igennem i alt hvad du laver – i f.eks. salgspræsentationer, i kundekontakten eller i kontraktudkastet.

Du bliver knyttet til projekter helt fra starten - vi tror på, at det giver den bedste læring. Du vil have en erfaren mentor til at støtte dig undervejs, men du vil også ret hurtigt få egne opgaver/ ansvarsområder. Efter et års ansættelse skal du bestå en praktisk prøve som afslutning på dit Graduate forløb. Du indgår i et større uddannelsesprogram med andre graduates, hvor I får mulighed for at knytte både faglige og sociale bånd på tværs af forskellige forretningsområder.

Er udadvendt og har gode kommunikationsevner. Arbejder selvstændigt, er proaktiv, tager initiativ og ansvar. At du har mod på både salg, implementering og produktudvikling. At du har den professionalitet og sans for detaljen, der er krævet for at arbejde med produktudvikling. Er serviceminded, imødekommende og evner at have mange bolde i luften uden at miste overblikket. Er struktureret og grundig i dit arbejde. At du forstår nogle af de grundlæggende elementer indenfor hosting og dermed har indsigt i eks. domænerne, AD, VPN og MS Azure. At du har en grundlæggende forståelse indenfor integration og arkitektur. Taler og skriver flydende dansk og engelsk. Du kan være erfaren eller nyuddannet (hvis nyuddannet kunne du have studeret Cand.it., Datamatiker, Cand.merc. (it.), eller have anden relevant økonomisk eller IT-uddannelse.

Kompetencer du med fordel kan have, men ikke et krav:

Erfaring fra bogholderi eller økonomifunktionen. Kendskab eller erfaring med Power BI. Har tidligere arbejdet med SAP på brugerniveau, brugt SAP på uddannelsesinstitutionen eller i andre sammenhænge. Har tidligere arbejdet med MS Dynamics på brugerniveau. Kendskab til programmering.
