The position

As Project Manager in Quality you will lead Quality tracks in the project, aligning flows and processes across several Quality functions in Product Supply. You will guide the team within quality aspects and ensure a compliant, simple, and yet flexible solution, ending up with an end-2-end standardized solution for production orders across Novo Nordisk. You will support by identify gaps and improvement opportunities, setting the requirements needed, and owning the design for the quality solution and related processes. Your primarily tasks will include: Define requirements to Quality solutions and processes across the impacted areas in Product Supply Drive the required process adjustments and anchor in the impacted areas in Product Supply and Quality in close collaboration with the team. Plan and execute according to agreed objectives and milestones. Managing stakeholders across functions and at different levels in Product Supply and Quality. You will be working in an Agile Setup, which provides a great transparency in work tasks and requires team members from the business as well as IT to support/drive the different tasks. Qualifications In order for us to succeed, the following qualifications are required: solid experience with Quality processes as well as SAP knowledge is required. experience with global systems roll-out projects is preferable. master’s degree e.g., in Supply Chain Management, Pharmacy, Engineering or Business IT abilities to communicate clearly, drive and move things forward to align expectations. have high level of initiative to drive the right processes and deliverables. a natural flair for business process optimisation, standardisation, and IT systems proficiency in written and verbal English is a prerequisite. As a person, you are proactive and responsible and with a work structured mindset, goal oriented and focused on driving things forward. You are known for your high motivation & engagement. Completes to have excellent cross-cultural collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills. About the department Supply Chain QA is responsible for Quality Assurance and support of Supply Chain Planning and Logistic activities including cold chain distribution of Novo Nordisk products worldwide, production planning across the entire Novo Nordisk supply chain, and data management and governance across Novo Nordisk. The department has 18 employees and is expected to grow in the coming years. In our daily work we work closely together with Supply Chain Planning & Logistic (SCP&L) – our Line of Business, whom we support in quality matters, are involved in high impact projects, and set quality direction for. You will become part of a team focusing on the digital part of our supply chain incl. master data and planning processes. It is a team which have a high level of self-governance, good working relations, are informal and value professional sparring and good humour highly.
