Experienced Tribe Architect with a stakeholder eye.
We are looking for an experienced Tribe Architect to play a key role in shaping and implementing our technology strategy. In this role you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain our technology infrastructure, ensuring it aligns with our business goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

Architecture Design: Develop and maintain the architecture strategy, including defining technology standards and best practices. Solution Design: Create and document detailed architecture designs, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency. Technology Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance our IT landscape. Governance: Define and enforce architecture governance processes and standards. Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to technical teams to ensure alignment with architectural standards. Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of architecture designs and changes.

Furthermore, you will be driving the digital transformation in close collaboration with the rest of the Tribe and harmonise a large portfolio of systems including the shadow IT systems and point solutions. 

What competencies do we think is needed?
You hold a Bachelor or Master´s degree in computer science or similar and have +8 years proven experience as a Tribe Architect or in a similar role and are a master in architecture modelling tools and concepts.

We are looking for a pragmatic team player, that are curious by nature and willing to learn. You thrive on continuous improvements (agile mindset) and pay attention to detail. You have an interest in networking and communicating with all levels of our organisation and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. It is important that you are comfortable taking lead, accepting responsibility, and making decisions.
