About the Job: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Principal Analyst working to join our Operations Strategic Development team. In this role, you will be instrumental in integrating, managing, and supporting global template processes between Retail and Wholesale to ensure the WSA Group policies and Retail business objectives are met. Your work will ensure consistent operations practices and finance controls, enabled by systems and tools are deployed to meet these goals.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Retail Product Owner, Process Governance (PGO), and IT teams to design and integrate the Global Templates (GT) for both sales channels. Ensure adherence to Group policies, regulatory standards, and compliance measures. Support demand intake, deployment, and change management activities, including requirements documentation, testing, training, migration, and post-implementation support. Train, guide, and support peers from other departments to promote knowledge growth and process alignment across the organization. Stay updated on technological advancements and market developments to enhance the Wholesale-Retail solution set, ensuring WSA remains best in class. Enable other sales channels to adopt similar process, system, and visibility setups to promote harmonization, consistency, and leverage investment.Expected travel: average 2 weeks every 2 months

Professional Experience:

10-15 years of relevant/related working experience in the assigned process area. 8-10 years of experience working in cross-border/cross-culture global projects. Extensive experience in multi-channel process design, development, and implementation with a solid understanding of Point of Sales (POS), Order Management System (OMS), CRM, and ERP. Proven involvement in process re-engineering or optimization, stakeholder engagement, and change management. University degree in a related field. Proficiency in English; additional language skills in French, Chinese, Japanese, Portuguese, or other languages relevant to Retail markets are a bonus.
