The position

1. Assist legal and compliance matters 30%1) Assist document preparation, incl. memo and PPT, translation, proof reading of materials etc.,2) Documents archiving3) Legal and compliance research4) Assist legal and compliance project management5) Work as CLD quality coordinator6) Implement company stamp process2. Support department and cross functional work 30% 1) Support CLD team admin works2) Assist meeting organization 3) As an assistant group member, assist good collaboration with other department, share information and take actions in CLD timely.4) Assist internal communication 5) Assist employee care activities, e.g. birthday6) Lead department budget management, incl. plan, monitor, year end landing3. Support VP 30% 1) Support VP on admin and logistics, including work schedule, work material preparation, travel arrangement, etc., 2) Support VP review reimbursement3) Other daily support to VP. 4. Ad hoc matters 10% Qualifications • Bachelor degree (or above). Legal, compliance, finance, business management related major preferred.• Excellent in both written & spoken English.• Excellent command of Microsoft applications, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Minimum 3 years of relative work experience. Legal or compliance related work experience preferred.• Ability to work within timelines and to handle assignments.• Excellent analytical, planning and prioritisation skills.• Good communication skills and ability to present complex information in digestible ways.• Detail oriented, accountable, proactive, Team oriented personality.• Good command of Microsoft applications, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.• Ability and willingness to adjust quickly to new situations in a continuously developing environment.
