The Position
You will lead overall delivery and implementation of a business-critical data product, which will replace the most highly prized intelligence asset and complex performance management model in use by Finance today.
You will define the product vision and roadmap, lead solution design and data sourcing, refine the backlog and prioritise all features for development. You will help mature the team's capabilities and Product understanding, engage directly with customers, data providers and stakeholders, and you will be an advocate for strategic process improvement through digitalisation across entire value chain of Finance function.
As a Senior Digital Product Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will:
- Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with business goals and market needs.
- Create, refine, and prioritise features and enhancements based on user feedback and busi-ness objectives.
- Work closely with data teams, developers, and customers to ensure product development and delivery.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among different departments to achieve project milestones.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve the product's us-er experience.
- Implement design changes and enhancements to ensure a seamless and intuitive user inter-face.
- Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure efficient project execution.
- Manage the product backlog, ensuring that tasks are prioritised and completed on time.
Qualifications
To become successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance, Economics, Busi-ness Administration or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant experience as Product Manager in large enterprise building complex da-ta and insight products to support Finance leaders, processes and function.
- Proven track record of managing full product lifecycle, from concept to launch.
- Experience with agile methodologies and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and data security princi-ples.
- Proven record for successfully delivering complex data products in Finance function
You have a ‘can do’ mind-set and see yourself as a fast learner with a solution and service-oriented mind set. Great interpersonal skills are a must, since the job will include considerable interaction with senior stakeholders across business functions and taking lead on reinventing and developing the product that will replace our most highly prized and business-critical – strategically and operationally – data intelligence asset in the PSQIT BI & Analytics team.
About the Department
You will join the PSQIT BI & Analytics Team in Finance, consisting of analysts, developers and BI part-ners with finance acumen and focus on digitalization.
