The position
Being strategic compliance partner to regional team 1. Fully understand regions business, team, local market situation and compliance risks; anchor effective and efficient compliance programs and measures. Regions mainly cover regional sales team and enable functions. 2. Sitting in management team, join key decision making of region3. Overall enhance manager’s compliance responsibility, to ensure managers conduct compliance R&R in a capable and effective way.4. Landing central compliance strategy and program, including training and communication (tone form top, employee lifecycle, training records) and other follow-up works. Daily consultation 1. Provide daily compliance consultation to regions, timely and accurately based on RDPAC, global and local compliance policies.. 2. Pre-approve regional key activities, based on compliance requirement.3. Review team material, ensure compliance are well managed.4. Closed partnership to ensure the good compliance culture, with prompt action and correction to unethical behavior, wording, and actions. Monitoring 1. Landing central monitoring and investigation follow-up; conduct regional monitoring, e.g. ride-along and document review.2. Period report to central compliance function to drive company level compliance program optimization. Ad. hoc assignment 1. Support central LEC team, play as local coordinator to facilitate external and internal dispute resolution, handle inquiry/investigation by external authorities, and ensure security management etc. 2. Other ad hoc assignment or projects. Qualifications: Bachelor or above required, legal or related background, legal professional certifications required; P.R.C. Bar Qualification; 8~10 year work experiences with strong legal background; Strong integrity level; stick to principle under pressure; Strong risk sense, risk management skill, focus on detail and strong learning ability; Passionate and willing to take challenge; Strong documentation skill both in Chinese and English; Communication/Coordination/Stakeholder Management; Willing to travel (20%).
