The Position
As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for various tasks, such as:
Identify and analyze production processes to identify potential improvements.
Develop and implement solutions to optimize production processes and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of process improvements.
Contribute to the development of standards and guidelines for production processes.
Provide technical support to production staff.

Qualifications
The qualifications we value include having:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree with expertise in technical fields or a background in Marine Engineering.
Experience in process optimisation and technical support in a manufacturing environment.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Knowledge of quality assurance and process management systems is a plus
Full professional proficiency in English and Danish.
On a personal level, you are able to work effectively in a cross-functional environment with a willingness and ability to learn new tasks and challenges quickly.

About the department
At Novo Nordisk, your development is our common task. Through training and education, you will be equipped to become an independent, competent supporter. IM2 Recovery is part of PS Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (PS-API). We are producing products for diabetics and obesity around the world. In IM2 Recovery, you get approx. 230 competent and dedicated colleagues divided into 12 teams. The department is undergoing substantial remodelling and is therefore expanding.
