Our department consists of following teams of supervisors and technical supporting teams, as well as Pre-Installation, Installation and Commissioning. We develop and supply skilled and committed resources with the right mindset. We coordinate and develop people and teams to support operational success. We create a culture of safety, cost consciousness and quality.


Responsibilities:

Supervise and participate in installation tasks within Pre-Installation to make sure we are on time and budget Plan and coordinate all resources as required by the tasks of the pre-installation site, including time registration for all employees and contractors  Track and record all relevant planned and unplanned work tasks Preform quality walk down Identify, register, and handle deviations using the relevant tools, methods, processes and procedures Ensure a safe work practice by acting in compliance with Vestas' HSE requirements Ensure implementation of upgrades and new procedures 

Qualifications:

Technical background for example, mechanical or electrical Wind industry experience HSE, quality and customer relations experience Good IT skills (SharePoint, Outlook, Microsoft Office and SAP) Fluent in English

Competencies:

You are team orientated with solid leadership skills You have good organisation, time-management and delegation skills You can motivate, encourage and guide others in a positive manner You can maintan focus in time sensitive situations

Primary work location: Aarhus, Denmark This position requires approximately days of travel per year.
