Are you a master’s student with an interest in the regulatory landscape and processes? Be a part of Novo Nordisk’s growth journey and accelerate your own. Turn your degree into a global career at one of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies
About the Regulatory Affairs Graduate Programme
The full-time position as a Regulatory Affairs Graduate offers you a chance to play an important role in ensuring that all Novo Nordisk treatments and devices are developed with compliance and the patients in mind. Liaising between relevant authorities and Novo Nordisk stakeholders, Regulatory Affairs are involved throughout all phases of development and roll-out.

- Vast exposure and networking possibilities
The position
During the two-year programme you will undertake three challenging and exciting eight-months rotations. You will work as a fully-fledged member of each team, with responsibilities for one or more projects, in an environment characterised by a vast global network, knowledge sharing and challenging assignments in a dynamic, project-centric organisation. While gaining immense business understanding and learning about our exciting portfolio of innovative treatment solutions, you will grow core skills within areas such as:

You will work closely with other departments in Novo Nordisk to ensure that issues are covered in their projects; and in that way improving regulatory processes even further. Qualifications
To thrive and succeed as a Regulatory Affairs Graduate, we expect you to have:
- A relevant master’s degree from 2024 or 2025 in life, - health or natural science, for example within pharmacy, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, biotechnology, biomedicine or a related field, and above average academic achievements. While not a requirement, those pursing a PhD -or having completed one in 2024- are also welcome to apply, if their cumulative full time work experience does not exceed one year
- International experience, for example from studying a full semester abroad, working or volunteering
- Relevant work experience or extracurricular activities obtained next to your studies – however, no more than one year of full-time work experience between or after completing your studies (when hired)

- Professional fluency in English and be globally mobile
If you meet the criteria and are interested in joining the programme with start-up date 1 September 2025, please make sure to submit your application no later than 30 November 2024 GMT+1.
Important: upload this when you apply
Before clicking the apply button, please ensure you have uploaded your CV (please upload under “resume”), cover letter and most recent academic records (upload these two documents as one file under “cover letter”) in English. Applications without these uploads will not be considered.
In the cover letter we expect to learn more about your motivation for wanting to join Novo Nordisk and the Graduate Programme, as well as your personal and professional competencies. Hence, make sure you include:
- What are your expectations from the graduate programme, and how will it support your career aspirations?
- What team characteristics do you value, and what three qualities do you believe others appreciate about you?
- Tell us about a time where you have applied innovative thinking to either your studies or work
- Share an example with us, describing how you have worked with a challenging or complex task
