Job requirements for the Assistant Manager or Senior Supervisor position:
1.Proficient in indirect material categories involved in 3PL industry, including administration,consumables, construction, etc.
2.Experience in supplier management andsourcing.
3.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
4.High sensitivity to cost management and expertise in cost-saving initiatives.
6.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
7.Agile and adaptable to change with a continuous improvement mindset.
8.Good understanding of the operational and business forms in the 3PL industry.
The suitable candidate should have the following qualifications:
1.At least five years of working experience in the purchasing filed.
2.Have a strong fundamental knowledge of procurement.
3.Basic written and oral English communication skills.
